C L A Y A R T 's office, workshop and showroom are located in one of the renovated lofts of the
old brick factory. The rest of the building is used as an exibition space that hosts cultural events
such as art installation, concerts, plays, workshops, conferences.

The cultural activity is organized by the association La Fornace Spazio
Permanente. The exposition space consists of a brick building from the beginning of
the century, composed of three floors of 3000 square meters altogether, and a recreation natural area,
obtained by the reconversion of the worked out part of the clay quarry, with an extention of
30.000 square meters at a depth of 20 meters below the local surface level.
The ground floor hosts a double height hangar with mezzanine and the 'cathedral',
a five aisle space that once hosted the old Hoffmann oven. In the upper floors, used in the
past for the dying of raw bricks, are planned offices and permanent showrooms of art and design.
